This page explains what data the TCG Ranked app collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Data controller

The app is published by an independent developer. For any question about your data: contact@tcgranked.com.

Minimum age

TCG Ranked is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about younger people. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and the account will be deleted.

Data collected

• As a guest: an anonymous identifier, with no email address.
• With an account: your email address and your password (encrypted, never readable).
• Game data: username, friend code, collection, shards, Ink, boosters, missions, friends, market listings and auctions, score and ranking.
• Reports: if you report a card, the reason and the text you write.
• Purchases: if purchases are offered in the app, payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store. We only receive the purchase reference, the product and its price, never your payment details.
• Technical data: connection logs (date, IP address) kept by the hosting provider for security.

Use

This data is used only to run the game, save your progress and fight cheating. No ads, no ad trackers, no selling of data.

Processing is based on providing the service you use (the game), and on our legitimate interest in protecting it against cheating and abuse.

What other players see

Your username, score and level appear on the leaderboard, on your listings and auctions, and to your friends. Your profile (score, number of cards, personal albums) is visible to other players unless you choose “Friends only” or “Private” in the “Profile visibility” setting. Your email address is never visible.

Hosting and processors

Data is hosted by Supabase (database, accounts and files). Communication with the server is encrypted (HTTPS). No data is shared with other companies, apart from the app stores for purchases.

Retention

• Your data is kept as long as your account exists.
• A guest account with no activity for one year is deleted automatically.
• When you delete your account, everything is erased immediately and permanently. See Delete my account.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can access your data, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it or object to its processing by writing to contact@tcgranked.com. We reply within 30 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.

This website uses no cookies, no trackers and no analytics.

Changes

If this policy changes significantly, the date at the top of the page is updated and the change is announced in the app.
