Delete my account

You can delete your TCG Ranked account and all your data at any time. This page is about the TCG Ranked app.

From the app (immediate)

1. Open TCG Ranked and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll down to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app (by email)

If you no longer have access to the app, write to contact@tcgranked.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Include your username if you know it.

Your account is deleted within 30 days at most, and we confirm it by email. We may ask you to prove that the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your email address and your password.
• Your username, friend code and profile.
• Your card collection, boosters, shards and Ink.
• Your albums, missions, achievements and leaderboard position.
• Your friends, and your current listings and auctions (they are removed from the market).

What may be kept

• The hosting provider's technical logs (date and IP address of connections), for a limited time, for security.
• If you made purchases, the purchase reference, the product and the price, for as long as accounting law requires. This information can no longer be linked to your collection.
• Cards you sold to other players stay in their collections.

Deleting only part of your data

To have a specific piece of data corrected or deleted without deleting your account (for example your username), write to contact@tcgranked.com.

A guest account (with no email address) is deleted the same way from the Profile. With no activity for one year, it is deleted automatically.
