By using TCG Ranked, you accept these terms. They are short: please read them.
1. The game
TCG Ranked is a mobile trading card game published by an independent developer. You collect cards, open boosters, sell and buy on the market and appear on the leaderboard.
2. Age
The game is for people aged 16 and over.
3. Your account
- You can play as a guest. A guest account only exists on your device: if you uninstall the app, your collection is lost.
- Creating an account (email address and password) saves your collection and unlocks the market, friends and the leaderboard.
- One account per person. You are responsible for your password.
- Your username must not be insulting, misleading or impersonate anyone.
4. Cards, shards and Ink: no monetary value
- Cards, boosters, shards and Ink are virtual items. They have no monetary value and do not belong to you: you have a right to use them in the game.
- Shards cannot be bought with real money and are never converted into money.
- It is forbidden to sell, buy or trade cards, shards or an account for real money or any benefit outside the game.
- The game balance (drop rates, prices, rewards) may be adjusted at any time.
5. Market and auctions
- The market is reserved for accounts created more than 24 hours ago.
- Prices are bounded according to the card's rarity. A 10% fee is taken on each sale and destroyed.
- A completed sale is final. An auction bid is locked until another player outbids you.
- Arrangements between accounts to transfer shards (sales at absurd prices, multiple accounts) are forbidden.
6. Purchases
If purchases are offered in the app:
- Only booster bundles are sold. The content of a booster is drawn at random; the odds of each rarity are shown in the app (“Drop rates”).
- Payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store, under their own terms, including for refunds.
- Spending is capped at €500 per month and per account.
- Purchases are not offered in some countries, depending on local regulations.
- In case of a refund, unopened boosters are taken back.
7. What is forbidden
- Cheating, exploiting a flaw in the game, or modifying the app.
- Using bots, scripts or several accounts to gain an advantage.
- Harassing, insulting or deceiving other players.
- Trying to access other players' data or to disrupt the service.
8. Sanctions
In case of a breach, we may remove listings, correct a balance obtained by cheating, and suspend or close an account. A suspended account can still be deleted by its owner. To contest a sanction: contact@tcgranked.com.
9. Content
Card texts are excerpts from Wikipedia articles under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license; images come from Wikimedia Commons under free licenses. Each card shows its sources. TCG Ranked is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the Wikimedia Foundation.
If a card seems to be a problem (rights, mistake, shocking content), report it from its page or by email.
10. Availability
The game is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running, without guaranteeing that it is always available or free of errors. A card may be retired from the game if its article or image no longer meets our criteria; it then stays in players' collections.
11. Personal data
See the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time: Delete my account.
12. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; a significant change is announced in the app. They are governed by French law.
